That's what I always blurt out everytime my body feels exhausted and screams for some massage. But since my schedule is busy, deadma to the max even though I feel some muscle pains already. Pero sabi nga ng matatanda, sa huli ang singil ng lahat. True enough, one day I woke up na lang na hindi na comfortable in moving my shoulders. Seriously, hindi ko na maitaas and ma- straighten up yung arms ko. Hala! Tumatanda at kumukunat na ba talaga ako or hindi kaya frozen shoulders na ito? Parang mas gusto ko na yung kumukunat at tumatanda instead of dun sa frozen shoulders dahil magagastusan pa yata ako sa pagpapa- doctor ko. Sana nagpakasarap na lang ako magpa- massage ng magpamassage dati pa diba. Hays!)
But hey, do you know the kind of feeling na parang may light bulb that lighted up infront of you kasi you remembered something? That's what I felt when I suddenly remembered that I have a Premium pass from Bioessence which I got from an event. From the pass, you can get to choose between a beauty break facial or a stress relief back massage.
Actually, naremember ko lang na meron nga pala akong premium pass super late in the afternoon of Oct 31 na so I am not sure if they could accommodate me pa when I tried to call for a schedule. (I really crossed my fingers 'cause if not, its going to be hard for me to inject it in my sched again- Naks! Akala mo naman kung sino at punong-puno ang schedule talaga... haha! feelingera! ).
Lucky enough, the nearest branch where I am that time, (Bioessence, Las Pinas -Along Alabang -Zapote road) was able to accommodate me.
I chose to avail and try their back massage----
(Feeling ko nagpa-party na ang mga muscles ko upon knowing na makakapagpa- massage na ako after 52 years! Pati ang wallet ko nagpaparty na din kasi libre itooooo :) hihi! )
So I was greeted by their consultants and the branch manager, Ms Aida. Lahat sila mabait and accomodating, Promise! (This is actually one aspect that I am looking for in a spa). Diba nga, kaya ka nga nagpapa- spa kasi gusto mong ma-relax. Mas lalong masarap ma-relax if the ambiance, the people and staff are all accommodating.
So upon their welcome and the registration of my info etc. etc..., I was asked to sit down for awhile while waiting for the assigned therapist.
So I took advantage of taking some snap shots of the branch na.
This branch is cozy enough to set once mood to relaxation.

Instead of the back massage, they extended to me a whole body swedish massage na.
[ ang saya -saya hahahay! Ang swerte ko talaga diba :-) ]
After the massage, I was offered a tea or coffee.
I opted for tea kasi baka di na naman ako makatulog. Insomnia forever... alam nyo yan!!

Yung totoo, I just had the most relaxing massage in my life.
I'm not exaggerating! We all know that lahat naman ng massage nakaka relax, but this one is different. (Naks, parang boylet lang. Haha!)
There's something in their strokes that got me super relaxed and made me feel na parang hindi lang 1-hour yung session ko.(parang 3 hours yata sa sobrang sarap ~~~
You guys have to try it out para naman ma experience nyo din.
Baka sabihin nyo kasi ang sinungaling ko eh. hehe! )
They have the most affordable packages that you can give as a gift too. They are offering services such as Facial, Spa Services, Massage, Dermatological concerns and Slimming. Hayaan nyo, pipilitin kong i-try isa-isa ang services nila para makwentuhan ko kayo sa procedures and everything. [Sana may pa-try sila ulittttttt ano! (ambisyosa lang masyadowww, malay nyo!)]
Pero on a serious note, with the choices that you have, alam kong it's going to be a SUPER wonderful present that you can give to your friends, to your siblings, to your mom, to your dad, to your boyfriend, to your asawa or reward mo na din sa sarili mo. Oh, pwede din palang gamiting gift para pampalakas sa mga mother in law nyo or mga mother in law to be diba. Promise, tignan nyo, effective yan talaga :)
