Don't Judge me, THIS IS ME

If you know me personally or if you are following me via my personal FB, you would know that I’m a typical crazy-“walang ka-arte –arte” lady. (walang ka-arte-arte eh ang a-arte ng pictures mo! Wala ka pang ginawa kung di magpalit ng kulay ng buhok!)  I am the “what you see is what you get” type of girl. (Really now, eh ang plastic ng itchura mo!)

Don’t want to believe it? It’s okay, I don't blame you.

I know and expect that already because I am one of those girls who are oftentimes judged by many.  

This was almost the same time last year when I took the courage to color my hair with a bold color.

"This is the color that I like and so I took the chance."

Does it hurt to be judged? Of course yes! (OO naman! Pero Namanhid na ako.)
Although sometimes, being judged still affects me. That’s why I used to be so conscious about what others would say and think of me. There came a time that I felt my every move has to have a certain standard so as to appear perfect to everyone.

But I got exhausted. I got tired. I hibernated.

I think I have already encountered people from all walks of life ~ (from young to old, negosyante, employedo, kapos sa buhay, mayaman, owner ng company, taong rumaraket-raket lang, user-friendly, out of school youth, politiko, artista, sugarol, driver, tindera, tambay, oportunista) you name it! The bottom line is it’s so tiring to please everyone because believe me, one way or another, they would still see and have something to throw on you (meron at meron pa din masasabi sayo) no matter how hard you try to be so kind and appear to be perfect (‘cause ang daming echosera sa mundo).

When I started my journey in blogging, that’s when I get to further realize and started to tell myself that I am not supposed to live with a lie just to please someone. (sarili mo lang naman ang niloloko mo pag ginawa mo yan) I know, all the more I should be extra conscious now because I’m in this industry, but still, I chose to do what is right. I chose to do the right thing for my own good because trust me, ITO YUNG DAPAT.

Right now, I surround myself with positive people and try to stay away from the negative ones. I am proud to say that I already learn the art of not caring about what others think of me. That, it is the GREATEST way to move ahead and go on with my life.
