I consider myself a late bloomer when it comes to cooking. But as they always say, "it's better late than never." And if you'll ask me why I was late in learning how to cook, my lamest excuse to that is because "mom and the yaya was always there" for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a spoiled brat or anything. It's just that whenever I tried to create and cook a dish, I always end up a failure — (yes, even the simplest dish that you can think of). So naturally, I became less motivated hanggang sa point na I stopped trying and umasa na lang ako with mum and yaya.
But, sabi nga nila, "habang may buhay, may pag-asa".
Now you can see me cooking already. I'm not an expert one ha, but yes —I can proudly say that I can cook already and one of my best one is Beef with Brocolli in Oyster Sauce. Kaya nga when I got an invite about the launch of Ajinomoto's Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, wala ng patumpik -tumpik pa and I replied with a big Y-E-S!

Two (two) mommy guest were also invited to participate in a cook-off, where they discovered the convenience of using Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce to turn ordinary dishes extra special and flavorful.
A big fan of his grandmother’s cooking and graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, there's no doubt the Primetime King, Mr. Coco Martin was the one chosen by Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation as the endorser of Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce.

The launch of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation's newest product —Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce and its celebrity endorser, Mr. Coco Martin was just recently announced to the media thru an organised press conference and boy, I am just so glad that I was a part of it.
