Last Thursday, I particularly witnessed and seen the very high-tech and badass AQUOS 8K LED TV as revealed in the much-anticipated unveiling event held in Shangri-la at the Fort Manila. It was first launched last October in China, Japan, Taiwan, and the European market.

Mr. Kawata, Deputy General Manager TV System Business Unit of Sharp Corporation mentioned that Filipino consumers can expect to get their hands on the AQUOS 8K LED TV by the end of 2018.
8K is a revolutionary technology for ultra-high-definition images with 16 times the resolution of full-HD (1920x1080 pixels). It reproduces images at ultimate reality, with ultra-fine details even the naked eye cannot capture. AQUOS 8K will be the first device to ever sport the said resolution.
As one of the global leaders in manufacturing of electronics and home appliances, SPC embraces the market competition through understanding the ever-changing consumers’ demands.
