Just the other day, I got to witness one of the biggest event from one of the brands that have been a staple in our kitchen for so many years – Puratos.
Puratos helps bakers, patissiers, and chocolatiers in finding the best products and ingredients for their creations. And indeed, I witnessed at how Puratos made a smile on each of the happy people from the baking industry which was over 800 attendees during its 30th-anniversary celebration held at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura. They learned about the latest in baking technology and consumer trends.
Puratos has been present in over 100 countries nationwide, it opened it's doors to the Philippine market in 1983 providing a small range of improvers and confectionery products in the Metro Manila area. It was in 1988 that Puratos Philippines, Inc. was established for creating and producing all you need from emulsifiers, enzymes, sourdoughs, yeasts, bread improvers, and mixes.
It was a fun event ~ There were Interactive booths, baking demos, games, raffle, promos. They also invited some celebrities to join the celebration. Here are the photos the fun, fun, and nothing but pure sweetness and fun event.

 All of us (me ofcourse and my blogger friends) enjoyed the sweets, pastries and chocolates! P.S The Cold Caramel Coffee that they served is FTW! I wanted to get a second serving pero nahiya na ako. haha! Puratos looks forward to promoting its innovations to more bakers from different segments such as bakery chains, catering and food service, bread and biscuit manufacturers, and other related industries.
