As early as now, every now and then I already see marketing campaigns from our local aspiring political candidates. 

Bakit kaya ~ well, the message is clear namen. Kaya we have to wise din as early as now. Our right to vote is fundamental, and when access to the ballot box is impeded, our democracy suffers that's why 

we must vote wisely in the upcoming election.

Minsan nakaksawa na. Minsan na din akong nag-isip to stop voting na lang. But then voting is one key way to help turn this country around.

Think of it this way ~ we always want a change for our nation diba kaya if you want leaders with integrity — then I guess we have to stop trusting people who lie “for our own good.” We can all do this if we become smart in choosing the best candidate so we can change the direction of our country.

Remember this: If that governing body is ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness and corruption. If he is intelligent, brave and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them. THAT'S WHY WE HAVE TO BE ALL SMART. :)
