It’s been a year since I started cooking. And when learned how to cook, na-challenge na ako to experiment, recreate and put a twist to each dish that I’m preparing. Kaya ganun I’m fond of adding up savory and spices into each of my dish. I never thought I would be able to learn how to cook. Everything can be learned talaga if you just put your heart into it.
Last Saturday, four of Manila's most sought-after chefs (Nicco Santos of Your Local, Josh Boutwood of Savage and Helm, Happy Ongpauco of Happy Concept Group, and Kalel Chan of Raintree Restaurants) has featured and prepared specialty food featuring Knorr's latest product —Knorr SavorRich Liquid Meaty Seasoning.
The event happened at the Knorr Test Kitchen, a one-day food market which Knorr has put up at the Greenbelt 3 Open Park to highlight the launch. All dishes at the market were from a wide range of cuisines, from Filipino favorites to Asian fusion and Western grills, and were made with a special ingredient, the new Knorr SavorRich.
Knorr SavorRich is the first ever meaty seasoning in a liquid form in the market. Each drop is packed with real meat, making your dishes richer, meatier and more flavorful with every bite! Thanks to its liquid format, the rich flavor easily and deeply penetrates into your ingredients to infuse your dish with meaty delicious taste, mouth-watering aroma and appetizing golden color Perfect for use at different stages of the cooking process - marinating, sautéing, and basting, among others - Knorr SavorRich is exactly what you need to elevate your fried, stir-fried and grilled dishes.
Chef Nicco Santos, known for his take on Singaporean and Malaysian comfort food, served up dishes like Nasi goreng ikan bilis, and coffee pork ribs.
Happy Ongpauco provided guests with meals with a Filipino twist like honey garlic fried chicken, and bangus and tofu salpicao.
Josh Boutwood featured a fixed Western-inspired meal like pork skewers with cilantro mint salad, and roasted chicken and barley porridge.
Kalel Chan presented his own take on Asian fusion with pork sisig gyoza, and togerashi karaage with rice mayo. All of these were made with one secret ingredient-Knorr SavorRich Liquid Meaty Seasoning.
I'm already excited to try Knorr SavorRich Liquid Meaty Seasoning to my imbento dishes at the comfort of my own kitchen.
